Roast Brussel Sprouts Compendium

Adapted from Roasted, Shaved Brussel Sprouts

1 lb of brussel sprouts (shaved)
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Place shaved brussel sprouts on cookie sheet lined with Aluminum foil
3. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper
4. Bake for 25 minutes
5. Mix the brussel sprouts with a spatula and return to the oven if necessary
6. Remove from oven and toss with Parmesan cheese
